Tamy Emma is a communications expert, researcher, and curator working at the intersection of culture, climate, systems thinking, and innovation. She supports founders, institutions, and organizations in engaging creative and critical thought, structuring frameworks, shaping narratives, forging partnerships, and designing strategies that unlock cultural, economic and environmental value.

She speaks the languages of business, the arts, ecology, planning and systems change — and moves fluently between them. Her work spans from advising early-stage startups and activating partnerships, to leading cultural programs, transformational strategies and research.

In her corporate practice, Tamy Emma collaborates on public relations and campaigns, produces original media, and leads business development. She supports organizations across sectors such as textiles, F&B, technology, culture, tourism, sustainability, e-commerce, regenerative agriculture, finance, and the future of work. Tamy Emma is currently based in Canada and Morocco — and works alongside colleagues in North America, Europe, and Africa.

Complementing her strategic advisory work, Tamy Emma leads an independent cultural research practice that serves as the foundation for her evidence-based approach to storytelling. This practice focuses on bridging the gaps between scientific rigor and public engagement—developing projects that protect bioregional integrity, sustain harmonious development, and preserve the socio-ecological heritage of the regions she serves.
