Leading the Global Conversation

  • Leading strategic communications for a materials science innovator — absorbing complex scientific information, positioning narratives for LinkedIn and industry audiences, growing influence, developing and framing industry presentations around innovation, new standards, and accelerating brand adoption of breakthrough technology that reduces the impact the persistence of microplastic pollution in our ecosystems. Working collaboratively across teams : leadership, sales, research, narrative, compliance and creative.

  • Developed narrative strategy and storytelling for Fibershed’s Climate Beneficial Verification program for regenerative cotton and wool, focused storytelling on a measurable five-pronged strategic framework for the USDA Regenerative Agriculture program — supporting farmers practicing regenerative agriculture in the US, and supporting traceability from farm to fabric.

  • I shaped the vision for the company pre-seed stage, leading strategy and insights, co-defining and moving ideation into an investable, operational platform driven by community, design and creativity. I crafted an ecosystem blueprint that connects digital and brick-and-mortar commerce through content and storytelling, driving impact across consumer product categories that support women, environmental goals, beauty, innovation and the preservation of craft and heritage. Architected an international community of transcultural tastemakers, contributors and consumers through content and strategic development. Led thought leadership, copywriting, quarterly editorial production of digital assets. Supported strategic launches at the UN, partnerships and pop up activations.

  • As an Editor at Le Huffington Post Québec, post-AOL acquisition, I launched and managed a roster of 300+ collaborators, growing the platform into a leading Canadian media player in francophone markets, shaping editorial programming, and responsible for Opinions and Op-Eds, with responsibilities across audience engagements, platform growth and analytics.
